RELAX is a private membership service that handles the things you do not have the time, access or desire to handle yourself. Members text RELAX with a request, and the team takes responsibility for getting it done.

You text what you need in normal language. The team does the research, the calls, the sourcing and the coordination, and comes back to you only when a decision, approval, payment or detail is needed. Then you get the result.

Everyday errands and appointments, reservations, travel, sourcing and purchasing, research, coordination, and one-off requests that do not fit a category.

You can ask RELAX to handle virtually any lawful request the team is capable of executing, from something routine to something unusual. If it cannot be done, you are told that plainly instead of being left waiting.

RELAX is not an emergency service; in an emergency, call 911. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and points you to a licensed professional where one is needed. It does not guarantee access to any venue or vendor, and it does not take on anything unlawful.

There are three memberships: Access, Core and Founders, billed monthly or annually. Membership is by invitation, and pricing is shared in conversation rather than on the site. Request a seat at textrelax.com/apply to start that conversation.

No. The service is a phone number in your phone, and texting it is the whole of it. There is a members' page holding your requests and files if you want to look, but nothing depends on it.

Yes, with your approval. A charge comes to you with the amount and the reason, and nothing is paid until you reply. Your card stays with the payment processor, and RELAX takes no commission from vendors.

Yes. Options are checked for price, availability and hours before they reach you, and nothing is called booked until it is confirmed. RELAX does not promise a table or a room that is not available.

Yes. Companies sponsor memberships for their people or their clients, and each person gets the same service an individual member does. See textrelax.com/enterprise.

A traditional concierge tends to center on reservations, hotels and experiences. RELAX handles those and the wider range of personal requests around them, and takes each one through to done rather than handing back a recommendation.

You get the outcome of a personal assistant without hiring, managing or covering for one. The team behind RELAX brings vendor relationships and coverage one person cannot, and you still deal with a single point of contact who knows your file.
