Nothing is called booked until it is confirmed. Everything else is holding. Getting the appointment is not guaranteed. The office can say no. Holding a time is not attending it.

What this is not

This is a person to make the calls and hold the time. It is not a medical advocate. It is not a doctor. It is not a HIPAA product. No one here sees medical records. No one interprets results or handles insurance disputes.

It is not a calendar app. There is no app required. Texting one number is enough.

Nothing moves without your word

The card stays with the processor. RELAX keeps a token, the brand, the last four digits, and the expiry — enough to recognise the card you meant, never enough to be the card. The number itself is not something RELAX has.

A charge needs the amount, the reason, and your reply. One approval buys exactly one charge. If a fee is part of the appointment work, it follows that rule. Nothing moves without your word.

A seat is a fit

Membership is by invitation. Every seat is a fit decision. What it costs depends on how you work, and you hear it from a person. No price appears on this page.

RELAX is Las Vegas based. Members are served wherever they are. The calls follow the member. This page does not invent city coverage for work that would need someone physically present at an office. Dinner and travel are different lines on the site. They are not this page.

Who makes the appointments that are only open during work? A person you text. Can they call the dentist and the school while you are in meetings? Yes. That is the job.
