RELAX (textrelax.com) is a private concierge you text. It's a real person, the same one each time, on one number (231-447-3529), based in Las Vegas, by invitation (apply at /apply).

How it works
Text what you need
There is no format, and no hours to put in the message. Half a sentence, in normal language, is enough.
One person picks it up
The same person each time. They keep the file, so you do not explain it twice.
You hear back when it needs you
A decision, an approval, a payment, or a missing detail. Then you get the result. The goal is the request, handled.
What gets handled
Reservations, errands, scheduling, gifts, and travel logistics.
Reservations
A table that is actually good, on short notice, and restaurant and travel reservations. Availability and hours are checked before they reach you. Until it is confirmed, it is holding. RELAX does not promise a table or a room that is not available.
Errands
Pickups, returns, prescriptions, and the calls and follow-ups that eat an afternoon. Home services too: a plumber, a repair, a cleaner. Someone else waits on hold.
Scheduling
Appointments inside business hours. Doctor, dentist, DMV, vet, the kid’s school. A person makes the calls while you are working and brings a time back that is confirmed, or tells you it is not.
Gifts
The gift you were three days from forgetting. Birthdays and anniversaries, picked out ahead of time from dates taken when you join.
Travel logistics
Flights, hotels, transfers, and the plan around them. Compared, coordinated, and checked before it reaches you, and held until you say yes.

How to apply
Membership is by invitation. Request a seat and tell us the first thing you would hand off. That is the whole application.

Questions
Is it a real person?
Yes. A person handles the request, and it is the same person each time. That is why the second month is easier than the first.
Do I need an app?
No. Nothing to download. You save one number and text it. There is a members’ page with your requests and files if you want to look, but you never need it.
Is it only Las Vegas?
Las Vegas is home, and members are served wherever they are.
